Meet Steve Dowzard
From his late teens, Steve Dowzard was curious about why some people and families were able to build wealth and long term security while others struggled, despite earning good money. That curiosity quietly evolved into a deep understanding of how property can be used to create long term and generational wealth.
School was never the right fit, so Steve pursued an electrical apprenticeship early on, working multiple jobs and saving hard in his early years. That decision led to a 30 year career in the resources sector, working across several states in Electrical and Instrumentation roles.
Along the way, Steve held interface leadership positions, managing the safe control of work across large contracting teams of more than 100 people from multiple disciplines. Conversations with people from all walks of life, combined with ongoing education, books, seminars, and real world experience, allowed Steve to develop a proven system for building and holding property through multiple market cycles, using real capital, real risk, and real outcomes.

Throughout this journey, Steve and his wife Carlie raised three children while building careers and investing for the future. For Steve, property has never been the only measure of success. The focus has always been on creating opportunity, stability, and choice for the family as a whole.
Their daughter Tayla is now a qualified nurse, their son Ethan is completing a degree in Property Economics, and Carlie is working through her Science degree. Having settled in Bayside Brisbane, Steve understands first hand the realities of balancing career progression, family life, and long term financial planning.
This lived experience is what sets him apart from many buyers agents who have not navigated these stages of life themselves. Today, Steve works with everyday Australians, particularly families, helping them shift mindsets, remove limiting beliefs, and use property strategically to build wealth without sacrificing their quality of life.
